Otis Technology is committed to not only creating the most sophisticated systems in the world, but to its community and the shooting sports industry. 

Donation Policy:

At Otis Technology, we strive to support events within our industry and within our local Lewis County community through donations of Otis Technology products.

Otis Technology favors organizations that support our Military and Law Enforcement personnel, hunting and shooting sports, and the growth of these sports among youth and women.  Conservation and programs advocating for the above mentioned are also favored.

Otis Technology has established guidelines to follow when considering eligible organizations, foundations and events due to frequency and range of donation requests.

Please submit your written donation request on organization letterhead, along with the completed online donation request form with a self addressed stamped envelope to:

Your detailed letter should state the purpose of your requested donation, the date of your event and the number of anticipated participants and/or attendees.  This letter should reach Otis Technology no later than 60 days prior to your event.  It is important that you also download, complete, and include the donation form found here with your letter.

Your donation will not be reviewed or considered if it is not submitted as noted.  Otis is only able to accept one donation request per organization per year.  Donations will be allotted on a first come, first served basis as funding is available.

*All donations subject to the discretion of Otis.  Otis' support of your event in the past does not guarantee future support of your event.
