Just a brief note of thanks, and Kudos!

Last week I called your customer service line about obtaining a new case for my more than 16 year old kit (purchased in 1993) that would no longer hold the parts securely. I was very pleasantly surprised when your representative told me it was covered by warranty and just send back the old case (Keep the Parts) and she would ship me a new replacement case and some extra patches to replace my postage expense.

I just about fell of my chair when a package arrived yesterday and upon opening it I discovered a brand new Tactical Cleaning System with all the components. I was stunned!

I’ve been using my Otis system for more than 16 years and I love it. I’ve expressed the benefits of the system to all of my shooting friends that would listen. Now I can tell them how well you honor your warranty as well, something nearly unheard of in this day and age.

I really appreciate how compact and well contained everything is, allowing me to carry all my cleaning equipment to the range or in the field for emergencies, in a kit that will fit in the palm of my hand, that was the feature that initially attracted me to purchase the kit 16 years ago. I had never cleaned a firearm from breech to muzzle until then, but it really makes sense and I think it is much faster as well.
